Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1460557109 2016-04-13 Field Inspected, Well Not Found No Violations This inspection was conducted in response to a request to confirm the status or existence of this well. The location coordinates stored in RBDMS plotted the well in a sparsely forested area behind a residence at 18444 TR 382. I went to the home as a courtesy to notify the resident of my presence and intentions. The home owner was very paranoid that I was there to rob her and refused to grant me access to the property. I presented my identification and she finally agreed to let me search for the well. She refused to give me her name. She did acknowledge the existence of a well behind her home, but claimed that it was plugged. I found a flat area on the hillside that was 50 feet from the where the GPS was plotting the well location. There was some semblance of an old overgrown access road leading from TR 382 to the flat area. I found no evidence of an existing well, or any type of oil and gas related materials or debris around the flat area. I also found no evidence of an oil and gas well around the location on the hillside where the well was actually plotting. I found no evidence that a plugged well was leaking.
