1346271884 2012-08-29 Production Wells No Violations Well is equipped with 10casing. There is a drip welded to the top of the 10casing. Chris Grim and I looked at well and did a matrix on the well for Idle and Orphan.
1356394816 2012-08-29 Orphan No Violations I conducted an inspection of this well site with ODNR inspector Pat Shreve in response to complaint #3661. The ODNR records show that this well was plugged with clay on 11/19/1969 by the Preston Oil Co. On the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped with 10 casing with a drip welded on top. This configuration extends approximately 24 above ground level. There were no signs of leaking observed at or around the well, and no gas odor was detected. There is no production equipment associated with this well.
