1701585449 2016-03-29 Final Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found 10 open drive pipe approximately two feet above grade. The casing was covered with a rock. When I removed the rock I found that the casing was full of water. I could not confirm the presence of any other casing in the hole. There was no oil on the water and I found no gas bubbling from the casing. The landowner, Charles Beatty claimed that the well was plugged when he was a child. I found a plugging record in RBDMS that shows this well being plugged and abandoned with prepared clay on 2/12/1964. The well was plugged by the Preston Oil Co.
