0191567400 | 2016-10-18 | Final Restoration | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found that the well coordinates stored in RBDMS were plotting in an open agricultural field. I found no exposed well casing or wellhead materials. I found no signs that the well was leaking. The site was completely covered in hayfield vegetation, and there was no visible remnants of an access road. There were no signs of erosion. I found a completed plugging report in the electronic well files stored in RBDMS that showed the well was plugged and abandoned on 2/27/1953. The status of this well should be changed to FR. |
