The casing is open to atmosphere, so the well is not capable of production in its current condition. There is no well identification posted at the site. This well must be put into production or plugged. Failure to comply with this notice may result in forfeiture of bond.
0118706707 2016-07-15 Plug / Plug Back No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well was still full of clay to the surface. Phil Moran cut the casing off 36 below grade, and capped it with a steel plate inscribed with the permit number.

1467812702 2016-07-06 Plug / Plug Back No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that Phil Moran had pulled the rods and tubing from the well. He claimed that the fluid level was 300 from the bottom. Phil washed 5 tons of clay down the 5.5 casing for the bottom plug.
1468254181 2016-07-08 Plug / Plug Back No Violations On the day of my inspection Phil Moran attempted to pull the 5.5 casing. He could pull three to four inches of stretch. He could not get a telegraph deeper than 995. Phil set a brush and stone bridge at 1037 inside of the 5.5 casing. Phil made multiple attempts to rip the casing at 995. When he finally got the casing parted he pulled one half joint and the casing got hung in the hole. Phil tried repeatedly to pull the parted casing. It would move up and down the hole, but got hung in the same spot on every attempt. Phil suspected a mud ring around the casing that was catching a collar. He loaded the hole with fresh water and shut down for the night.

The well filled up and receded slowly. Phil topped it off with clay and it was siting firm at the surface. The well was left to sit open overnight.

1623858021 2016-07-11 Plug / Plug Back No Violations On the day of my inspection Phil Moran pulled the remaining 5.5 casing from the well, for a total of 875 removed. There was no visible surface casing in the well. Phil washed approximately 8 tons of clay down the well. They ran out of water and shut down.
