1458061621 2016-03-15 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well was being produced with an electric powered pumping unit. The belts were on and the electric was connected. The polished rod showed signs of recent use. The tubing valves and casing valves were open. The steel lines were connected at the wellhead and there were two 1 poly lines connected that entered the ground in different directions. There was some oily sludge on the wellhead and some mild staining on the ground, but I found no active leaks or standing contamination. The permit number was painted on the pumping unit. The tank battery consisted of two 100 barrel steel tanks and one 30 barrel poly tank. The valves on the tanks were equipped with plugs. An earthen dike was in place around the production equipment. Correct, legible identification was posted on one of the tanks. The tank battery is shared with the number 1, 2 and 3 wells.
