1546539974 | 2018-12-18 | Orphan | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to follow-up to complaint #5674. I was accompanied to the location by landowner and complainant Delmar Smith. The well was located in an agricultural field. No identification was present. The surface casing was at grade and open to atmosphere. Sections of 1.5 and 2.5 tubing were protruding from the well head. I did not witness any evidence of gas or fluid leaking from the well head. I will follow-up with an idle well report. |
