1117014172 | 2018-12-18 | Orphan | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to follow-up on complaint #5674. I was accompanied to the location by landowner and complainant Delmar Smith. At the time of inspection, Mr. Smith had a traffic cone placed over the well head to prevent impact or damage. The well was located in an agricultural field. No identification was present. The well head was at grade. A short section of 2.5 tubing was above grade and severely corroded. I did not witness any evidence of gas or fluid leaking from the well head. I will follow-up with an idle well report. |
