There was no storage tank associated with the well. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly marked well identification sign mounted on the storage tank. The lease road is stable. No violations found.
0949398536 2018-03-19 Storage Well No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check inspection on well #6-0782. Access to the well remained stable and drivable. Correct identification was present at the well. The surface casing was above grade. Annular ports were closed to atmosphere. The production casing was equipped with a master gate valve and a wing valve. A 4.5 run connected the wing valve to a buried drip before the lead line. A domestic supply connection was present. No leaks were observed. No violations were observed during this inspection.

1837336483 2019-04-11 Storage Well No Violations I was on location to check this storage well with Columbia Gas and US Department of Transportation personnel during a PHMSA (Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration) audit of the Brinker field. The well was equipped with a 5k API wellhead with one master valve. The annular pressure was gauged and read one psi. The tubing pressure read 158 psi. Proper identification was posted. The access road was stable. I observed no violations at the time of inspection.

The well location was stable with well-established vegetation. Correct and legible identification was posted at the well head. The well head annular side ports contained a closed and plugged valve in each side. A master gate valve was plumbed to the top of the well head. A side gate valve was plumbed out of the side of the master gate valve. A 4 flow line was plumbed out of the side gate valve to a buried drip tank. Test valves were closed and plugged. No audible or visual leaks were detected. No violations were observed during this inspection.
