The pipe size was 3 from the side valve to the drip tank. There was no storage tank associated with the well. 1455561270 2018-10-04 Storage Well No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #6-0338. Access to the well remained drivable and stable. Correct identification was present. The surface casing annulus was plumbed above grade and open to atmosphere. The production casing annulus was closed to atmosphere. The production casing was equipped with a master gate valve that was topped with a flow tee. The tee contained a blind flange on one side and the other contained a wing valve. The wing valve was connected to a 4.5 run that lead to a buried drip prior to the distribution system. All valves were closed. No leaks were observed. No violations were observed during this inspection.
