Correct signage remained posted at the entrance. The access road remained in good repair. No evidence of accelerated erosion or sedimentation was present along the road. The pad was enclosed by a locked chain-link fence perimeter. The fence remained in good repair with no signs of vandalism. An earthen berm perimeter was present outside of the fencing. I walked the perimeter of the pad and found no evidence of erosion or sedimentation. The pad was composed of crushed gravel that remained in good repair. A track hoe was parked on the pad at the time of inspection. No violations were observed during this inspection.
