0044363284 2017-06-29 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-1690. RBDMS indicated production was current. The access road, well and tank battery were stable. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with an electric pump jack. Correct and legible identification was present. No audible or visual leaks were observed. The tank battery was shared with #6-0932. The tank battery consisted of one (1) 210 bbl production tank. The production tank remained in good repair with proper identification. Valves were closed and plugged. An earthen dike that was stable and free of fluid was present around the tank. No violations were observed during this inspection.
1422388780 2012-06-21 Preliminary Restoration No Violations DNR Inspector Rick Anderson and I were on site to check the status of the Preliminary Restoration. Our inspection revealed that the well site has been reclaimed. The well site is located on crop ground and there is corn planted around the pumping unit and on the lease road. The Preliminary Restoration can be approved at this time.
1495462026 2015-05-04 Production Wells No Violations I was on site to conduct a status check. The tank battery is shared between the Ellyson-Weir #3 (#60932) and the Ellyson #1B (#21690). Identification was posted on the tank battery and wellhead. The tank battery consists of one 210 bbl production tank. The tanks valves are sealed with a plug. The plug or valve is leaking brine into the dike area. No meter box could be located. A dike is present and in good repair. The wellhead is equipped with an electric pumpjack. The access road and site are stable. I called William S. Miller Company on 5/4/2015 at 2:59 PM about the leaking valve on the production tank. She said she would forward the info to the pumper and they would call me to let me know when they had fixed the issue.
