1110805526 2005-03-11 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Arrived on site for a surface job. Observed the pulling of the drill pipe, running in of the surface pipe and cementing of the surface pipe.
1149246679 2006-05-31 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Meets requirements for preliminary restoration.
1482859389 2016-11-17 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well # 2-1634. RBDMS indicates the operator is current with reporting production. The former lease access road remains in place and is drivable but rugged. The well location is stable with well-established vegetation. Correct and legible identification is present. The 8.625 well head is above grade and contains a plug in one side port and a valve open to atmosphere on the other side. The 4.5 production casing is swaged down to 2 and produced open flow. No audible or visual leaks were observed. An earthen dike that is stable and sufficient is present around the production equipment. Within the dike, production equipment consists of a drip, flow line, and meter run and 50 bbl poly brine tank. No audible or visual leaks were observed on any of the equipment. The drip was plumbed into the top of the brine tank. The tank remained in good repair and held a de minimis volume of fluid. A drain plug was present in the bottom of the tank. No violations were observed during this inspection.
1661610004 2009-04-09 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Inspection revealed that the preliminary restoration can be approved at this time. No violations at this time.
