2059036767 2016-10-25 Production Wells No Violations The purpose for my inspection was to conduct a status check on well # 2-1503. A review of RDBMS indicates the operator is current with reporting production. The well location is within an agricultural field that is stable. Correct and legible identification is present at the well head. The 8.625 surface casing is above grade and contains a plug in one side port and a valve open to atmosphere on the other side. The 4.5 production casing is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The Demco gate valve is in the closed position. No audible or visual leaks were detected. Production equipment for well # 2-1503 is within an earthen dike that is shared with #2-1477 and #2-1478. The dike is stable and sufficient for containment. A heavy gauge wire fence is erected around the perimeter. Correct and legible identification for all wells produced through the battery is present on the fence. A vertical separator is the only equipment identified to well # 2-1503. No audible or visual leaks were detected. The unit did not contain a current production chart. Production valves were in the closed position. No violations were observed during this inspection.
