0083428635 2003-11-18 Production Wells No Violations The tank battery consists of 2-210 bbl storage tanks, 1-50 bbl salt water tank, 2- separators and a shared dike with permit 1505.
0572277631 2014-10-01 Production Wells No Violations I was on site to conduct a status check. Identification was posted on the tank battery. The tank battery is shared between Lanties #1 (#21489) and Langties #3 (#21505)The tank battery consists of two 210 bbl production tanks, a 50 bbl brine tank, and two horizontal separators one with a domestic supply line attached. The tank valves are plugged. There are two meter boxes with current chart showing production. The dike is present and in fair condition. The wellhead is equipped as a swab well. The access road and site are stable.
1100563583 2017-02-23 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-1489. A review of RBDMS indicates the well owner is current with reporting production. Lease access is a short lease road to the tank battery off of the township road. Access to the well head is through an agricultural field by foot. The well location was stable. Correct and legible identification was posted at the well head. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a 4.5 plunger lift head. Production valves were in the open position. No audible or visual leaks were identified. The tank battery was shared with well #2-1505. An earthen dike that was worn but stable and free of fluid was constructed around the production equipment. A heavy gauge wire fence that was not completely enclosed was constructed on top of the dike. Equipment within the dike specific to well #2-1489 consisted of one (1) horizontal separator and one (1) 210 bbl production tank. The separator was in good repair. No audible or visual leaks were detected. The meter house contained a current 31 day chart. Correct and legible identification was placed on the production tank stairs. No leaks were observed on the body of the tank. I observed some residual production fluid staining below the load line valve bung from a prior leak that had been repaired. The load line valve was closed and plugged. The drain line valve was closed and plugged. The hatch lid was closed. Minimum spacing requirements are met. A steel 50 bbl brine tank was also present within the tank battery but not currently plumbed to either production tank. No violations were observed during this inspection.
