Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2120248761 2017-01-10 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well # 2-1466. A review of RBDMS indicates the Owner is current with reporting production. Lease access is through a residential driveway that leads to a pasture field. The well head is surrounded by a perimeter of heavy gauge wire. The 8.625 casing head is below grade. The 4.5 is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. A casing pressure gauge indicated 450 psi. A tubing pressure gauge indicated 230 psi. A domestic supply connection is present. No audible or visual leaks were detected. Production equipment was contained within an earthen dike that was stable. Equipment within the dike consisted of one (1) horizontal separator and one (1) 100 bbl production tank. The separator remained in good repair with no audible or visual leaks. A current 16 day chart was in the meter house. Correct and legible identification was present on the tank body. The load line valve was closed and plugged. The drain line valve was closed and plugged. Corrosion was present on the body of the tank. Precipitation prevented determining if the tank was leaking. I will contact lease operator Steve Pegg to inquire about the tank condition and plan to re-inspect the tank during dry conditions.
