1214767932 2017-11-09 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-1450. RBDMS indicated production reporting was current. The access and locations were stable. Correct identification was posted at the well head. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the production equipment. Equipment inside the dike consisted of one (1) horizontal separator and one (1) 210 bbl production tank. The separator remained in good repair and did not contain a production chart. The production tank remained in good repair and contained correct identification. The load out valve was closed and plugged. The brine drain valve was closed and did not contain a plug. I spoke with lease operator Don Pahovey concerning the missing plug. Mr. Pahovey stated he would get a plug installed as soon as possible. I will schedule a follow up inspection in 7 days to confirm the plug had been installed.
1389197819 2014-01-08 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The well and tank battery are in good repair. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a 25 BBL poly brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition.
1517315723 2017-01-29 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to document the installation of a bull plug in the production tank drain valve. At the time of my inspection the bull plug was replaced in the drain valve. No further action was necessary.

1888996423 2014-08-14 Production Wells No Violations I was on site to conduct a status check. Identification was posted at the tank battery and the wellhead. The tank battery consists of one 210 bbl production tank, one 35 bbl brine tank, and one horizontal separator. The tank valves were plugged. The meter box for this well is located at the well site of the Ramsayer #1 (API 34029205950000) and a current chart showing production was observed. Dike is present but needs to be brought up in the northwest corner. The wellhead is equipped with a plunger lift. Access road is in good repair.
