Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1280422731 2010-07-28 Production Wells No Violations Routine inspection revealed that there are no violations at this time. The identification sign has faded but is still legible. The operator should fill in the information on the identification sign before it fades anymore and becomes illegible. The tank battery consists of one oil storage tank (appears to be 140 BBL tank). There is no SPCC dike around the tank battery.
1841203678 2016-10-25 Production Wells No Violations The purpose for my inspection was to conduct a status check of well # 2-1441. A review of RBDMS indicates that the operator is current with reporting production. Lease access is through a paved residential driveway that is marked by a locked gate at the entrance. The well location is within an agriculture field that is stable. Identification is present at the tank battery that is within view. The 8.625 surface casing is above grade and contains a plug in one side and valve open to atmosphere on the other side. The 4.5 production casing is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves are in the open position. No audible or visual leaks were detected. Production equipment is contained within a chain-link fence with barbed wire top. No earthen dike is present. A review of reported produced fluid indicates the well has never produced crude oil and has not produced water since 2005. Equipment on location consists of one (1) horizontal separator and one (1) 100 bbl production tank. The separator remains in good repair. No audible or visual leaks were detected. A pressure gauge indicated 50 psi. A current 16 day production chart was in the meter house. Correct and legible identification was conspicuously placed on the production tank body. The tank remained in good repair. No leaks were detected. The load line valve and drain valve were each closed and contained plugs. The hatch lid was closed. No violations were observed during this inspection.
