1337174826 2015-08-05 Production Wells No Violations I was on site to conduct a status check. Identification was posted on the tank battery. The tank battery consists of one 210 bbl production tank, a 50 bbl steel brine tank, and one horizontal separator. The tanks valves are sealed with a plug. There is a meter box with a current 16-day chart showing production. A dike is present. The wellhead is equipped with an electric pumpjack. The access road and site are stable.
1844266749 2006-06-07 Production Wells No Violations The tank batery consists of 1-210 bbl storage tank, 1-50 bbl salt water tank, a separator and a dike.
2093929519 2016-12-19 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well # 2-1423. A review of RBDMS indicates the Owner is current with reporting production. The lease access road leading to the well and tank battery remains in good repair. The well location is stable with well-established vegetation. The 4.5 production casing is equipped with an electric pump jack assembly. Production valves were in the open position. A casing pressure gauge indicated 52 psi. A tubing pressure gauge indicated 40 psi. No audible or visual leaks were detected. An earthen dike present around the production equipment remains stable and sufficient for containment. Equipment within the dike consists of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 210 bbl production tank and one (1) 50 bbl brine tank. The separator remained in good repair with no audible or visual leaks were observed. The meter house contained a current 16 day chart. Correct and legible identification is conspicuously placed on the tank body. The tank remained in good repair with no leaks. The load line valve is closed and plugged. The drain line valve is closed and plumbed to the brine tank. The hatch lid was closed. The brine tank remained in good repair with no leaks observed. The inlet valve from the production tank drain line was closed. No violations were observed during this inspection.
