Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0281010107 2003-09-24 Production Wells No Violations The tank battery consists of 2-210 bbl storage tanks, 2- separators, 1-800 gallon plastic salt water tank and a dike that is low on the east side.
0468654343 2006-10-25 Production Wells No Violations Follow-up inspection revealed that the majority of the free crude oil has been cleaned up at this time . There is a couple of oil stained areas below the tank battery that needs to be taken care of before I can resolve this case . I will return to the site within the next couple of weeks to check for compliance .
0529294987 2006-09-28 Production Wells No Violations On site at the request of Mitch Fitch ( Enervest) because they had an oil spill caused by a leaking oil storage tank . The tank leaked and the oil seeped thru the SPCC dike ( app 4 bbls escaped outside the dike) and down slope into a farm field . Inspection revealed that the operator has already cleaned-up the tank battery area and has reconstructed the SPCC dike . The operator has cleaned-up most the crude oil that has traveled down the bank and into the field . I met with Al Sommer ( pumper ) and we walked the area and found a couple of small pockets ( app 1 x 1 ) of crude oil . I advised him to put absorbent materials on the crude oil . He advised that they will keep monitoring the area for other small pockets of crude oil . I advised that I would return to the site next week to check on the clean-up progress .
0529365538 2006-10-31 Production Wells No Violations Follow-up inspection revealed that the pollution and contamination has been cleaned up . Violation corrected ; no violations at this time . RESOLVED

1431354384 2015-05-11 Production Wells No Violations I was on site to conduct a status check. Identification was posted on the tank battery and wellhead. The tank battery consists of one 100 bbl production tank and one horizontal separator. The tanks valves are sealed with a plug. There is a meter box with a current 16-day chart showing production. A dike is present and in good repair. The wellhead is equipped with a plunger lift and a domestic supply line. The access road and site are stable. No violations were observed
