0281010107 2003-09-24 Production Wells No Violations The tank battery consists of 2-210 bbl storage tanks, 2- separators, 1-800 gallon plastic salt water tank and a dike that is low on the east side.
0468654343 2006-10-25 Production Wells No Violations Follow-up inspection revealed that the majority of the free crude oil has been cleaned up at this time . There is a couple of oil stained areas below the tank battery that needs to be taken care of before I can resolve this case . I will return to the site within the next couple of weeks to check for compliance .
0529294987 2006-09-28 Production Wells No Violations On site at the request of Mitch Fitch ( Enervest) because they had an oil spill caused by a leaking oil storage tank . The tank leaked and the oil seeped thru the SPCC dike ( app 4 bbls escaped outside the dike) and down slope into a farm field . Inspection revealed that the operator has already cleaned-up the tank battery area and has reconstructed the SPCC dike . The operator has cleaned-up most the crude oil that has traveled down the bank and into the field . I met with Al Sommer ( pumper ) and we walked the area and found a couple of small pockets ( app 1 x 1 ) of crude oil . I advised him to put absorbent materials on the crude oil . He advised that they will keep monitoring the area for other small pockets of crude oil . I advised that I would return to the site next week to check on the clean-up progress .

The tank battery consists of one 100 bbl production tank and one horizontal separator. The tanks valves are sealed with a plug. There is a meter box with a current 16-day chart showing production. A dike is present and in good repair. The wellhead is equipped with a plunger lift and a domestic supply line. The access road and site are stable. No violations were observed
