1937130136 2016-12-20 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check of well #2-1392. A review of RBDMS indicates the Owner is current with reporting production. Lease access is through an agricultural field. The well head location is within an agricultural field that remains stable. The 8.625 casing head is below grade. The 4.5 production casing is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the closed position. No audible or visual leaks were detected. A domestic supply connection was present. An identification sign was not present at the well head. The production equipment is located within an agricultural field. An earthen dike that is stable and sufficient is present around the equipment. The tank battery at this location is shared with #2-1391 and #2-1401. Correct and legible identification is present on the tank body. A total of three (3) horizontal separators are present within the dike. The separator for well # 2-1392 remains in good repair with no audible or visual leaks. The meter house does not contain a current production chart. The production tank remained in good repair with no leaks detected. The load line valve was closed and plugged. The drain line valve was closed and plumbed to a poly brine tank. The hatch lid was closed. The poly brine tank remained in good repair. No cracking or leaking was observed. The tank was currently empty of production fluid.
