0607442224 | 2015-07-13 | Production Wells | No Violations | I was on site to conduct a status check. The tank battery is shared between the Lautzenheiser #1 (#21337), Lautzenheiser #2 (#21616), and the Hawk-Lautzenheiser #1 (#21351). Identification was posted on the tank battery. The tank battery consists of two 210 bbl production tanks, a 50 bbl steel brine tank, and one vertical and two horizontal separators. The tanks valves are sealed with a plug. There is a meter boxes with a current 16-day chart showing production. A dike is present and in good repair. The wellhead is equipped with a plunger lift. The access road and site are stable. No violations were observed. |
1100261813 | 2004-11-08 | Production Wells | No Violations | The tank battery is shared with permits 1337 and 1616 and consists of 2-210 bbl and 1-50 bbl storage tanks, 1-50 bbl salt water tankl, 3-separators and a dike. |
1499784792 | 2017-07-05 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-1351. RBDMS indicated the operator was current with reported production. The road, well and tank battery sites were stable. Correct and legible identification was present at the well head. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. A casing gauge indicated 345 psi. The tank battery was shared with #2-1337 and #2-1616. Equipment specific to #2-1351 consisted of one (1) horizontal separator and one (1) 210 bbl production tank. An earthen dike that was stable and free of fluid was present around the equipment. The separator remained in good repair and contained a current 16 day chart. Correct and legible identification was present on the tank body. Valves were closed and plugged. No violations were observed during this inspection. |
