0062437219 2015-01-07 Production Wells No Violations I was on site to conduct a status check. The tank battery is shared between the John Hutter #1 (#21246) and the John Hutter #2 (#21202). Identification was posted on the tank battery. The tank battery consists of one 100 bbl production tank, one 210 bbl production tank, a brine vault, and two horizontal separators. The tank valves are sealed with a plug. There are two meter boxes with current charts showing production. The dike is present and in good repair. The wellhead is equipped with a plunger lift unit. The access road and site are stable. No violations were observed.
0106263457 2014-02-12 Production Wells No Violations I stopped at the site to confirm the replacement of the stock tank at the tank pad. Mr. Brian Shpakoff of Atlas had emailed to me that the tank was replaced on December 27, 2013. I found that the old 210 bbl production tank that had leaked had been replaced with a newer 100 bbl tank. The distances between the production tanks, and the tanks and separators are within legal limits.

1687417837 2004-01-07 Production Wells No Violations The tank battery consists of 2-210 bbl storage tanks, 2-separators, 1-buried concrete salt water tank and a dike. The dike is shared with permit 1246.
2023317862 2013-12-13 Production Wells No Violations On 12/11/13, I received a telephone call from Mr. Brian Shpakoff, Regulatory Compliance Specialist with Atlas Energy. He informed me that a small brine release occurred at the Hutter #2 well pad due to a leak in the 210 bbl storage tank. No oil was released. The leak was stopped, and the well was shut in. I suggested that they dig a sump hole inside the diked area and collect any remaining brine that had collected inside the diked area. A vac truck had already removed one-to-two bbls from inside the dike. On 12/12/13, Mr. Shpakoff sent an email to me that stated that the sump hole was installed, and they removed 1 to 2 bbls of brine. There did not appear to be any impact outside the dike. Mr. Shpakoff indicated that the well would remain shut in until the 210 bbl tank was replaced with a new 100 bbl storage tank. He also said that the well tender will monitor the site. On 12/13/13, I inspected the site. It appeared that the leak was contained to the diked area. The sump hole was still present, and it was empty. Mr. Shpakoff is to let me know when the tank is replaced.
