1643544105 2017-04-03 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-1163. A review of RBDMS indicates the Owner is current with reporting production. The lease access road was also utilized for agriculture and remains stable and drivable. The well head was located in an agricultural field and was stabilized with well-established vegetation. No identification was present at the well head. The tank battery was within view. The 8.625 well head was above grade. Annular side ports contained a plug in one side and a plugged and closed valve in the other side. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with an electric pump jack. Production valves were in the open position. No audible or visual leaks were detected. A domestic supply connection was present. Straw bales and an electric supply surrounded the domestic connection. The tank battery consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 100 bbl production tank and one (1) buried concrete brine vault. The equipment was located within an earthen dike that was stabilized with well-established vegetation. The dike remained free of any fluid. The separator remained in good repair. No audible or visual leaks were detected. A current production chart was in the meter house. Correct and legible identification was present on the tank body. The tank body remained free of holes. No leaks were detected. The drain line valve was closed, locked and plugged. The load line valve was closed, locked and plumbed to the brine vault. The hatch lid was closed. The brine vault lid was in good repair. No evidence of overfilling was present. The vault was holding fluid with freeboard. No violations were observed during this inspection.

A review of RBDMS indicates the Owner is current with reporting production. Lease access to the well and tank battery was through a agricultural field road. The road was stable and drivable. The well head was located within an agricultural field and was stable with well-established vegetation. No identification was present on the well head. The 8.625 well head was above grade. The annular side ports contained a plug in one side and a closed valve in the other side. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with an electric pump jack. Production valves were in the open position. No audible or visual leaks were detected. A domestic supply connection was present. Straw bales were stacked around the domestic connection to prevent freezing. An earthen dike was present around the production equipment. The dike was stable with well-established vegetation and free of fluid. Equipment within the dike consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 210 bbl production tank, and one (1) concrete brine vault. The separator remained in good repair. No audible or visual leaks were detected. A current production chart was in the meter house. Correct and legible identification was present on the tank body. The tank remained in good repair. No holes or leaks were detected. The load line valve was closed, locked, and plugged. A separate load line was plumbed to the valve. This line contained a valve that was closed and plugged. The drain line valve was closed and plugged. The hatch lid was closed. The brine vault remained in good repair. No evidence of overfilling was present. The vault was holding fluid with adequate free board. No violations were detected during this inspection.
