Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1410936210 2015-12-09 Production Wells No Violations I was on site to conduct a status check. The tank battery is shared between the Spencer #1 (#21156), the Stryffeler #5 (#21035), and the Stryffeler #6 (#21156). Identification was posted at the tank battery and wellhead. The tank battery consists of three 210 bbl production tanks, a concrete brine vault, and three horizontal separators. The tanks valves are sealed with a plug. There is a meter box with a current 31-day chart showing production. A dike is present. The wellhead is equipped with an electric pumpjack. A domestic supply line is coming off the wellhead. The access road and site are stable.
1881507278 2005-12-08 Production Wells No Violations The tank batter is shared with permits: 1035 and 1156 and consists of 3-210 bbl storage tanks, 1-buried concrete salt water tank and a dike.
2106544932 2018-08-09 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-1154. RBDMS indicated reported production was current. Access to the well and tank battery remained drivable and stable. Correct identification was present. A heavy gauge wire fence was present around the well head. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with an electric pump jack that was operating at the time of inspection. No leaks were observed. A domestic supply connection was present. The tank battery was shared with #2-1035 and #2-1156. Equipment on location consisted of three (3) horizontal separators, three (3) 210 bbl production tanks and one (1) concrete brine vault. The separator for 1154 remained in good repair and contained a current 31 day chart. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the tanks and vault. Correct identification was present on the tank for #1154. The vault remained in good repair above grade and was holding fluid with freeboard. No violations were observed during this inspection.
