Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
001216i590 2002-05-28 Production Wells No Violations Obtained GPS coordinates.
0339225395 2017-03-13 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-1018. A review of RBDMS indicates the Owner is current with reporting production. Lease access to the well and tank battery was through an agricultural field. A short lease access road to the tank battery was located on the West side of Speidel Rd. The area was stable and in good repair. The well location was stable. Correct and legible identification was posted at the well head. The 8.625 well head was above grade. The well head annular side ports contained a plug in one side and a closed plug in the other side that did not contain a plug. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. The handle from the Demco gate valve was removed and placed on the well head ring. No pressure gauges were present. No audible leaks were detected. There was some old production fluid staining present at the base of the catcher assembly consistent with a legacy operation. I did not observe any fresh fluid on any of the equipment. An earthen dike was present around the tank battery. The dike was stable. Production equipment within the dike consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 210 bbl production tank and one (1) buried concrete vault. The separator was in good repair. No audible or visual leaks were detected. A current 7 day chart was in the meter house. Correct and legible identification was present on the production tank body. No holes or leaks were observed on the tank body. The load line valve was closed and plugged. The drain line valve was closed and plumbed out to the brine vault. The hatch lid was closed. The vault lid and body had an exposed area between the seal. No evidence existed of overfilling of fluid. The vault contained minimal fluid. No violations were observed during this inspection.
1216i590 2002-5-28 0:00: PW No Violations 0.50
1372932581 2010-06-02 Production Wells No Violations Routine inspection revealed no violations at this time. The tank battery consists of one 210 BBL oil storage tank and one buried cement brine storage tank. The SPCC dike appears to be adequate at this time.
1442450017 2004-08-18 Production Wells No Violations The tank battery consists of 1-210 bbl storage tank, 1-buried concrete salt water tank, 1-separator and a dike.
1576224762 2015-10-06 Production Wells No Violations I was on site to conduct a status check. Identification was posted on the tank battery. The tank battery consists of one 210 bbl production tank, a concrete brine vault, and one horizontal separator. The tanks valves are sealed with a plug and locked. There is a meter box with a current 24-hour chart. A dike is present. The wellhead is equipped with a plunger lift unit. The access road and site are stable.
339225395 2017-3-13 0:00: PW No Violations 0.70
