Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1779286354 2017-04-10 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-0891. A review of RBDMS indicates the owner was current with reporting production. Lease access was over a farm field road that remained stable and drivable. Correct and legible identification was present on the electric box. The 8.625 well head was below grade. A annular side port riser was plumbed above grade and plugged. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a pump jack. No audible or visual leaks were detected. There was some staining on the ground consistent with a legacy operation. No fluid was fresh or active. Production valves were in the open position. A casing pressure gauge indicated 30 psi. A tubing pressure gauge indicated 40 psi. The tank battery was shared with well #2-0891. Equipment on location consisted of one (1) horizontal separator for well #2-0919 and a shared 210 bbl production tank and concrete brine vault. An earthen dike that was stable and free of fluid was present around the equipment. The horizontal separator remained in good repair. No audible or visual leaks were detected. A current 31 day chart was in the meter house. Correct and legible identification was present on the production tank body. The tank body remained in good repair with no holes or leaks. The load line valve was closed and plugged. The drain line valve was closed and plugged. Grounding straps were present on both valves. The hatch lid was closed. The concrete brine vault above grade was in good repair. No evidence of overfilling was observed. No violations were observed during this inspection.
