0131068104 2014-09-03 Production Wells No Violations I was on site to conduct a status check. Identification was posted on the tank battery. The tank battery consists of one 210 bbl production tank, a brine vault, and one horizontal separator. The tank valve is plugged. No meter box was located. A dike is present. The wellhead is equipped with a plunger lift and a domestic supply line. The access road and site are stable.
0225947695 2017-11-09 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-0893. RBDMS indicated production was current. The access and locations were stable. Correct identification was present at the well head. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. Staining consistent with a legacy operation was present. A domestic supply connection was present. Production equipment consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 210 bbl production tank and one (1) concrete brine vault. The separator remained in good repair with no leaks. The separator did not contain a production chart. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the production tank and vault. The tank remained in good repair. Correct identification was present. Valves were closed and plugged. The vault remained in good repair above grade. The vault was holding fluid with freeboard. No violations were observed during this inspection.
