Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0353202620 2017-06-26 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check of well #2-0859. RBDMS indicated production was current. The access road, well and tank battery were stable. Correct and legible identification was present. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with an electric pump jack. Staining consistent with a legacy operation was present. A casing gauge indicated 150 psi, a tubing gauge indicated 50 psi. The tank battery consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 210 bbl production tank and one (1) concrete brine vault. The separator remained in good repair and contained a current 16 day production chart. The production tank was in poor repair. A large hole was present on the top side of the tank on the West side. Valves were closed and plugged. The brine vault lid was cracked but remained competent. Evidence of historical overfilling was present. The staining was not fresh or live. The vault was holding fluid with freeboard. While on location I spoke with Enervest Field Manager Joe Teppert. Mr. Teppert stated that he production tanks on order and would attempt to have the tank replaced by the end of July 2017. Mr. Teppert continued that he would contact me once the work was completed. I will schedule a follow up inspection at that time.
0525245939 2004-11-04 Production Wells No Violations The tank battery consists of 1-210 bbl storage tank, 1-buried concrete salt water tank and a dike.
0844946100 2017-07-24 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to document the replacement of the production tank on well #2-0869. Inspection # 353202620 on 6.26.2017 documented a hole in the side of the production tank body. At the time of my inspection the production tank had been replaced. Correct identification was present on the tank body. Valves were closed and plugged. The earthen dike was improved and remained free of fluid. No further action is necessary.
