1854297470 2017-06-06 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #6-0846. A review of RBDMS indicated the owner has not reported production since 2014. Lease access was stable and drivable. The well was located within an agricultural field and was stable. Correct and legible identification was present at the well head. The 8.625 well casing was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the closed position. No audible or visual leaks were observed. A casing pressure gauge indicated 540 psi. A tubing pressure gauge indicated 0 psi. A domestic supply connection was present. The tank battery consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 100 bbl production tank and one (1) concrete brine vault. The separator was in good repair. No leaks were observed. An expired production chart was present in the meter house. An earthen dike that was stable and free of fluid was constructed around the production tank and vault. Correct and legible identification was present on the production tank. The tank body remained free of holes or leaks. The load line valve was closed. The drain line valve was closed and plumbed to the vault. The hatch was closed. The concrete brine vault remained in good repair. No evidence of overfilling was present. The tank contained fluid with several feet of freeboard. I spoke with Joe Teppert of Enervest while on location concerning the production status of the well. Mr. Teppert stated the well had been out of production due to meter issues with Columbia. He continued that the plan moving forward was to route the sales line to the meter for well #2-1464 that was scheduled for plug and abandonment. The agricultural field was planted in crop. Mr. Teppert stated he planned to connect the well to the other meter as soon as practical. I will stay in contact with Mr. Teppert to determine when the well will be placed back into production. No violations were obser
1974270433 2015-05-28 Production Wells No Violations I was on site to conduct a status check. Identification was posted on the wellhead. The tank battery consists of one 100 bbl production tank and one horizontal separator. The tanks valves are sealed with a plug. There is a meter box with a current 17-day chart showing production. A dike is present and in good repair. The wellhead is equipped with a plunger lift and a domestic supply line. The access road and site are stable. No violations were observed.
