0677761457 2017-03-21 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-0825. A review of RBDMS indicates the Owner is current with reporting production. Lease access was through a farm road that was stable and drivable. The well location was stable with well-established vegetation. Correct and legible identification was present at the well head. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with an electric pump jack. Production valves were in the open position. A casing pressure gauge indicated 75 psi. A tubing pressure gauge indicated 85 psi. No audible or visual leaks were detected. A domestic supply connection was present. The tank battery was shared with #2-0842. Production equipment specific to #2-0825 consisted of one (1) horizontal separator and one (1) 100 bbl production tank. The separator remained in good repair. No audible or visual leaks were detected. A current production chart was in the meter house. A stable earthen dike was present was around the production tank(s). Correct and legible identification was present on the tank body. The tank remained in good repair with no holes or leaks. The load line and drain line valves were both closed and plugged. The tank was grounded. The hatch lid was closed. The tank was resting on pressure treated 4X4 lumber. No violations were observed during this inspection.
