0005982467 2018-07-24 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-0810. RBDMS indicated reported production was current. Access to the well remained drivable and stable. Correct identification was present. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with an electric pump jack. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. Staining consistent with a legacy operation was present. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the production equipment. Production equipment on location consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 210 bbl production tank and one (1) concrete brine vault. The separator remained in good repair and contained a current 16 day chart. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the production tanks. The production tank remained in good repair and contained correct identification. Valves were closed and plugged. The brine vault remained in good repair above grade. The tank was holding fluid near the top. I did not witness any evidence of leaking or overflow. No violations were observed during this inspection.
2110769349 2005-03-15 Production Wells No Violations The tank battery consists of 1-210 bbl storage tank, 1-buried concrete salt water tank and a dike.
