Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1482855192 2016-11-17 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well # 2-0754. RBDMS indicates the operator last reported production in 1993; of which the well had no reportable production. While conducting the inspection, I met the surface owner Mr. Charles Powell. Mr. Powell was not sure when the well was last operated. I located the well in a wooded area and only found 10 inch conductor pipe that appeared plugged. I placed a call to the company and discovered the phone number in RBDMS is no longer in service. I will investigate the current situation of the operator and continue to attempt making contact.
