0095369219 2017-02-13 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-0746. A review of RBDMS indicates production has not been reported since 1991. Lease access is through an agricultural road off of the North side of Hunters Ridge Road. The road is stable with well-established vegetation. The well and tank battery location are adjacent to an agricultural field. Both locations are stabilized with well-established vegetation. The well head does not contain any identification. The 8.625 casing head is at grade. The 4.5 production casing is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The Demco gate valve was in the closed position. Wing valves off of the production casing head contain flow lines out to domestic supply connections. The North side flow line was equipped with a catalytic heater and was plumbed to a vertical drip bottle. A gauge on the side of the bottle indicated 50 psi. A little joe regulator was also present on the flow line prior to going underground. The South side flow line connection was contained within an enclosed steel box. A vertical drip bottle was present outside of the heater box. No audible or visual leaks were detected. Production equipment on location consists of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) vertical separator, and one (1) 210 bbl production tank. A faded identification sign was present on the horizontal separator. Neither separator was in use. Valves were in the closed position. An earthen dike that was stable with well-established vegetation was present around the production tank. The production tank remained in good repair with no observed leaks. No discharge line was plumbed into the tank. The tank contained a de minimis amount of fluid. The load line and drain line valves were closed and plugged. I have spoken with the owners brother Joe who indicated the well is used for domestic purposes only. I will also have Mr. Csonka update the identification information for the facility and discuss changing well
1475343263 2014-09-27 Production Wells No Violations I was on site to conduct a status check. No identification posted. The tank battery consists of one 75 bbl production tank, no brine tank, and one horizontal and one vertical separator. The tank valve is plugged. No meter box was located. A dike is present. The wellhead is equipped with a plunger lift and a domestic supply line. The access road and site are stable. No production line is going to the production tank.State database shows no production since before 1995. The operator will be contacted to ascertain the current use of the well and address lack of identification.
