-2018266270 2017-10-19 0:00 PW No Violations 0.40
0552895954 2003-12-30 Production Wells No Violations The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl storage tank, 1-1600 gal plastic salt water tank, 1-separator and no dike.
1321645847 2017-10-19 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to document the status of an earthen dike constructed around the production equipment on well #2-0635. Enervest had constructed an earthen dike around the production equipment. The dike was stable and free of fluid. I inspected the well and found the surface equipment to be in good repair with no leaks. Equipment inside the dike remained in good repair with no leaks. No violations were observed during this inspection.
1802370011 2017-03-16 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-0635. A review of RBDMS indicates the well owner is current with reporting production. Lease access to the well and tank battery was through a residential driveway that lead to an agricultural field. The well location was stable with well-established vegetation. Identification was present on the production tank body that was within view of the well head. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a casing plunger. Production valves were in the open position. Well head relief valves were closed and plugged. No audible or visual leaks were observed. No earthen dike was present around the production equipment. Equipment on location consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 100 bbl production tank and one (1) 1400 gal poly brine tank. The separator was in good repair. The meter house was located at the pipeline tap and contained a current 16 day chart. The production tank contained correct and legible identification. The load line valve was closed and plugged. The drain line valve was closed and plumbed to the poly brine tank. The hatch lid was closed. The poly brine tank was in good repair. No cracks or leaks were observed on the tank. I will contact Enervest Field Manager Joe Teppert to have a earthen dike constructed around the production equipment.
2018266270 2017-10-19 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to document the status of a dike improvement and conduct a status check on well #2-0635. A review of RBDMS indicated production was current. The access and locations were stable. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. No leaks were observed. Identification was posted at the tank battery. An improved earthen dike was present around the production equipment. The dike remained stable and free of fluid. Equipment inside of the dike consisted of a one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 100 bbl production tank, one (1) 1400 gallon poly brine tank and one (1) vertical separator tank utilized as a domestic supply drip. The production separator remained in good repair. A current production chart was in a standalone meter at the location entrance. The production tank remained in good repair with correct identification. Valves were closed and plugged. The domestic supply drip remained in good repair. No leaks were observed. No further action is necessary.
