Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0037223807 2016-05-16 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a 100 BBL production tank, a 100 BBL brine tank, and two mechanical separators. The identification on the tank is not correct. The company is using the identification of the #1 well that was plugged. I contacted Tim McConaha of Enervest and informed him of the issue and advised him to get the proper ownership forms taken care of for the well. The lease road is in stable condition.
1145507936 2017-11-08 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-0633. The access and locations were stable. A review of RBDMS indicated production was current. Correct identification was posted at the tank battery. No identification was present at the well head. The 8.625 casing was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. The tank battery was shared with #2-1649. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was constructed around the equipment. Equipment specific to #2-0633 consisted of a vertical separator that contained a current production chart and a 210 bbl production tank. I observed the motor valve stem seal was allowing production fluid to leak during operation and collect on the assembly. The production tank remained in good repair and contained correct identification. Valves were closed and plugged. I will contact Enervest to address the missing identification and motor valve leak.
