Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1284843125 2017-11-09 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-0568. RBDMS indicated production reporting was current. The access and locations were stable. Correct identification was posted at the well head. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around well and production equipment. Equipment on location consisted of one (1) horizontal heater, one (1) vertical separator and one (1) 100 bbl production tank. The heater did not appear functional. The separator remained in good repair and did not contain a production chart. The production tank remained in good repair and contained correct identification. Valves were closed and plugged. A separate meter house contained a current 24 hour production chart. No violations were observed during this inspection.
