1675713109 2017-11-09 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-0564. RBDMS indicated production was current. The access and locations were stable. The well head was enclosed by heavy gauge wire fence. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. Staining consistent with a legacy operation was present. A domestic supply connection was present. The tank battery was enclosed by a heavy gauge wire fence and worn earthen dike. Correct identification was posted on the fence. The interior of the dike was free of fluid. Equipment inside of the dike consisted of one (1) vertical separator, one (1) 100 bbl production tank, one (1) 1200 gallon poly brine tank and a standalone meter house. The separator remained in good repair with no leaks. The production tank remained in good repair. Valves were closed and plugged. The poly brine tank remained in good repair with no cracks or leaks. The inlet valve was closed. The meter house contained a current 7 day production chart. No violations were observed during this inspection.
