1214138669 2017-10-05 Storage Well No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-0285. The lease access and well location were stable. Correct identification was present. Annular side ports were closed and plugged. The well casing was equipped with a production tee that contained a master gate valve, side gate valve and a 4.5 flow line leading to a buried drip that lead to the main line. No leaks were observed. No violations were observed during this inspection.

The top of the well head was equipped with a master gate valve and a flow tee. The top of the tee contained a blind flange. The side of the tee contained a wing valve that lead to a 4.5 run and buried drip prior to the distribution system. All valves were closed. No leaks were observed.
