Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1544537497 2018-12-11 Orphan No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to document the status of well #2-0168. Lease operator Robert Foltz was present during the inspection. The well location was brought to my attention by Shawn Watson. Mr. Watson reported that he operated the well for Ray Grimm in the 1970s. Mr. Foltz reported that he had purchased the lease from his father and was unaware of the well and had never operated the well. At the time of inspection, the well was located in brush adjacent to a surface stream. No identification was present. The well head assembly was removed. The surface expression consisted of 6.625 drive pipe and 4.875 production casing. I observed fluid level near the surface and noticed gas breaking the surface of the fluid level. Mr. Foltz reported that he would review his records regarding the well. I will follow up with a idle well report in the event the well was not sold to Mr. Foltz.
