0864879083 2018-03-19 Storage Well No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check inspection on well #2-0013. Access to the well remained stable and drivable. Correct identification was present at the well. The surface casing head was above grade. Annular ports were closed to atmosphere. The production casing was equipped with a flow tee that contained a top valve and a wing valve. A 4.5 run connected the wing valve to a buried drip before the lead line. No leaks were observed. No violations were observed during this inspection.
1490097203 2017-03-06 Storage Well No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well # 2-0013. Lease access was over a crushed gravel road that was stable and drivable. The well location was in an agricultural field and was stabilized with well-established vegetation. Correct and legible identification was present at the well. The well head contained one annular side port that was plugged. The well head was equipped with a production tee. The top of the tee contained a capped gate valve. The side of the tee was plumbed out to a side gate valve that was closed. A 4 line was plumbed out of the side gate valve into a buried drip. No audible or visual leaks were detected. No violations were detected during this inspection.
