1419444133 2014-11-19 Production Wells No Violations On site with District Supervisor - Richard Anderson and Regional Supervisor - Tom Hill to conduct a status check on the production well number 8H. At the time of the inspection, the site was frozen and snow covered. The 6 wellheads had plunger lift units on them and were in production. The tank battery had 12 storage tanks, 6 sand separators, 6 gas processing units and 1 oil stabilizer. The tank battery was diked. The site also contained 1 main service line and 6 gas recovery units. During the inspection, Unit #2 of the gas recovery units had a leaking dump valve whose gas pressure fell below correct operating pressure and needed to be reset. Contacted the well tender to come out and reset the unit. The well tender arrived while we were still on the site and reset the operating pressure. There was no signage associated with the wellheads or tank battery. The lease road was stable and drivable.
1550330996 2018-04-06 Production Wells No Violations I performed a follow up inspection on this location. On 3/29/2018 there was a work over rig and a snubbing unit on location to pull tubing and replace because of sand problems. Other wells on the pad were still in production. The work over rig is off of location. The well is back in production. ID signs were posted. No noted violations at this time.
