I conducted a status check of the pad. Equipment changes since my last inspection include removal of two line heaters and the oil stabilization unit. Equipment on the pad now consisted of : - 400 bbl production tanks, three labelled as containing produced water and three labelled as containing condensate.
The surface/intermediate annulus displayed a reading of zero psi, and the intermediate/production displayed zero psi. No violations were observed at the time of inspection |
0242405609 | 2015-11-23 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The well is open flow with a wellhead Christmas tree assembly. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly-marked well identification sign. The tank battery consisted of six, 400 BBL production tanks and was diked. The tanks are located within a spray-lined and sealed secondary containment. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipators. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock are installed on top of the production tanks. Other production equipment on the well pad consisted of:
Jersey barriers are installed around the production equipment. The entire well pad is enclosed with a six-foot high, chain link fence with three-strand barbed wire and the man doors were locked. Along the interior of the chain link fence there is an earthen berm and it was stable. The soil stockpile is well-stabilized with vegetation. Drainage and erosion controls at the pad are in place and functioning. A closed-loop, above-ground drilling pit system was used, so there are no earthen pits requiring closure. The pad has a crushed limestone surface, and is in good repair. The lease road is stable and drivable. Preliminary restoration passed. |
0356834357 | 2018-08-29 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted a status check of the well and production facility. The well was equipped with a plunger-lift assembly. The surface/intermediate annular gauge displayed a reading of zero psi, and the intermediate production gauge displayed a reading of 90 psi. I performed a walk around inspection of the pad and no violations were observed at the time of inspection. |
0452615006 | 2018-11-06 | Production Wells | No Violations | The well was equipped with an open-flow assembly. The surface/intermediate annular gauge displayed a reading of zero psi, and the intermediate/production gauge displayed 100 psi. No violations were observed on the production pad at the time of inspection. |
0725352476 | 2014-02-18 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was on site to witness the cementing of the 9 5/8 inch intermediate casing. My inspection revealed that Nomac Rig # 72 has drilled a 12 1/4 inch hole to a total depth of 1926 feet and ran 1916 feet of 9 5/8 inch intermediate casing (40 pounds per foot / inside diameter 8.835 inches). They installed 15 centralizers on joints 1,2,5,8,11,14,17,20,23,26,29,32,35,38, and 41. Schlumberger cemented the casing with 745 sacks of Surface Set Class A cement with 2% D178, 0.2% D046, 0.4% B348, 0.3% D202, 0.6% D013. The cement had a density of 15.8 pounds per gallon, a yield of 1.19 cubic feet per sack, and they used 4.46 gallons of mix water per sack. Schlumberger pumped 158 barrels of cement slurry, 138 barrels of displacement , and there was 36 barrels of cement returns to surface. They bumped the plug at 6:21pm with 915 PSI and then conducted the casing test with 1705 PSI. The casing test was approved and when the pressure was released the floats held (1 barrel of flowback when pressure was released). My inspection revealed no violations at this time. |
1017428816 | 2013-12-14 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was on site to witness the cementing of the 20 inch conductor casing. My inspection revealed that Express had drilled a 26 inch hole to a total depth of 120 feet and ran 120 feet of 20 inch conductor casing (94 pounds per foot casing / inside diameter 19.124 inches). Allied cemented the conductor casing with 250 sacks of Class A cement with 2% CaCl and 1/2 pound per sack floseal. The cement had a density of 15.6 pounds per gallon, a yield of 1.18 cubic feet per sack, and they used 5.23 gallons of mix water per sack. Allied pumped 52.5 barrels of cement, 39 barrels of displacement, and there was 8 barrels of cement returns to surface. My inspection revealed no violations at this time. |
1392760911 | 2014-02-16 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was on site to witness the cementing of the 13 3/8 inch surface casing. My inspection revealed that Nomac Rig # 72 has drilled a 17 1/2 inch hole to a total depth of 602 feet and ran 592 feet of 13 3/8 inch surface casing (54.5 pounds per foot / inside diameter 12.615 inches). They ran 5 bowspring centralizers on the casing string, on joints 1,4,7,10, and 13. Schlumberger cemented the casing with 545 sacks of Class A D901 cement with 1% D154, 0.2% D046, 0.15% B160A, 0.5% B348, 0.75% S001, and .125 pound per sack D130. The cement had a density of 15.6 pounds per gallon, a yield of 1.2 cubic feet per sack, and they used 5.219 gallons of mix water per sack. Schlumberger pumped 116.5 barrels of cement slurry, 85.1 barrels of displacement, and there was 30 barrels of cement returns to surface. They bumped the plug with 250 PSI and then conducted the casing test with 747 PSI. Casing test approved and the floats held when the pressure was released. My inspection revealed no violations at this time. |
1458235389 | 2016-03-11 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted a status check of this well. Identification signs were posted at the access road entrance, the well, and the storage tanks. The access road gate was locked. The #3H well is in production and the well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The pad is surrounded by a fence and all man doors were locked. The production tanks are surrounded by a steel dike. There was approximately six inches of standing water contained inside of the dike. I tested the standing water for chlorides using low-range QuanTabs which resulted in a reading of 216 ppm. The equipment on the pad consists of the following:
6- 400 bbl production tanks, three labelled as containing produced water and three labelled as containing condensate. 1 Low pressure vertical separator located inside of the dike. 7 sand separators 7 gas processing units 1 vapor recovery unit 1 oil stabilization unit 3 line heaters |
