0202412766 | 2013-07-17 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | I was onsite to witness the cementing of the 13 3/8 surface casing set to 575. The job was pumped as scheduled. The cement was scaled at 15.6ppg before it was pumped down hole. In total 31 barrels of cement weighing in at 15.5ppg were returned to surface. They will nipple up the conductor and set the blowout preventer before they continue onto their intermediate hole. |
0745901826 | 2013-07-28 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | I was onsite to witness the cementing of the 5.5 production casing set to 14,919 feet. The job was pumped as planned without any issues and mudpush was returned to surface meaning cement is up into the intermediate casing as desired. They are going release the rig and drill the 10h and 12h conductors before they walk the rig and continue drilling anymore on this location. |
0883198763 | 2013-07-17 | Administrative Inspection | No Violations | I was contatced by Nomac 72 at 2:30am informing me that they are about to spud the well. They estimate that they would be starting to pump cement at roughly 15:00 today. |
0978659141 | 2017-03-01 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted a status check of this well. Identification signs were posted at the access road entrance, the well, and the storage tanks. The access road was equipped with a gate and was locked. The #8H well is in production and is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The production tanks are surrounded by a steel dike. The pad is surrounded by a fence and all man doors were locked.
The equipment on the pad consists of the following: 4 producing wells 1 Low pressure vertical separator located inside of dike 4 sand separators 4 gas processing units 1 vapor recovery unit 1 heat treater 1 compressor station No violations were found during my inspection. |
1249915067 | 2013-07-17 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was onsite to witness the cementing of the surface casing but there was an issue running casing causing a delay. When they were running casing the collar on a joint caught the conductor causing it to be bent and lodged therefore preventing casing from being run. They had to nipple down the conductor in order to run the casing. |
1293129181 | 2015-10-23 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The well is a plunger lift unit. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly-marked well identification sign. The tank battery consisted of eight, 400 BBL production tanks and was diked. The tanks are located within a spray-lined and sealed secondary containment. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipators. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock are installed on top of the production tanks. Other production equipment on the well pad consisted of:

1374159012 | 2013-07-16 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was onsite to check the status of Nomac 72 progress in beginning to prepare to spud the 8H well. They were able to walk to the rig in 8 hours and are currently welding and modifying the flowline to the rig and plan to spud the rig at 18:00 hours today. They plan on setting 13 3/8 surface casing to a depth of roughly 585. |
1375372453 | 2013-07-26 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was onsite to check the status of Nomac 72 drilling the lateral. They are currently tripping in the hole with a pulse tool so that they can slide drill their lateral back into their target window. They expect to TD the well at 14,900 ft in the next several hours of drilling. |
1970021557 | 2013-06-20 | Not Drilled | No Violations | I was inspecting this location to determine how much longer construction has before the location can be completed. Nomac 72 is going to be moving to this location when they completed the final well on the Putnam well pad. Currently an auger rig is on location drilling conductors for the location. I was not able to access the pad due to a very large number of slag trucks waiting to access the pad. Erosion controls have been installed around the location but growth has not been established yet. It appears the location is still several days away from being completed. There are no violations at this time. |
