0092281568 | 2017-03-01 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted a status check of this well. Identification signs were posted at the access road entrance, the well, and the storage tanks. The access road was equipped with a gate and was locked. The #10H well is in production and is equipped with an open flow assembly. The production tanks are surrounded by a steel dike. The pad is surrounded by a fence and all man doors were locked.
The equipment on the pad consists of the following: 4 producing wells 1 Low pressure vertical separator located inside of dike 4 sand separators 4 gas processing units 1 vapor recovery unit 1 heat treater 1 compressor station No violations were found during my inspection. |
0249229850 | 2013-07-31 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was on location to check the status of Nomac 72 skidding the rig over the 10H well. Currently they are fixing the containment and welding the conductors. They plan on walking the rig in the next few hours allowing them to build their bottom hole assembly and spud the well. They are going to drill to an estimated depth of roughly 550 feet. |
0301507351 | 2013-07-30 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | I was onsite to witness the cementing of the 10H conductor. When I arrived on location they were welding the conductor pipes and about to set them in the hole. Allied was on location to cement the conductors. There was a long delay in cementing the conductor because the valves on the cement lines continued to leak. The leak was fixed and the well was circulated and cemented to surface with 10 barrels of cement to surface. The are going to sit on the cement until it is hard enough to hold the conductor in place and move onto the 12H for cementing. |
0478394607 | 2013-06-20 | Not Drilled | No Violations | I was inspecting this location to determine how much longer construction has before the location can be completed. Nomac 72 is going to be moving to this location when they completed the final well on the Putnam well pad. Currently an auger rig is on location drilling conductors for the location. I was not able to access the pad due to a very large number of slag trucks waiting to access the pad. Erosion controls have been installed around the location but growth has not been established yet. It appears the location is still several days away from being completed. There are no violations at this time. |
0696259949 | 2013-08-01 | Administrative Inspection | No Violations | I contacted Nomac 72 to check the status of drilling the surface hole for the well. Currently they are drilling but delayed due to the fact that their hammer bit failed and they had to pull out of the hole and change it out. They expect to be cementing the well sometime tonight. |
0767110170 | 2013-08-03 | Administrative Inspection | No Violations | Nomac 72 contacted me and informed me that they are expecting to be setting intermediate casing sometime this afternoon. They are currently rigging up the casing crew on the rig and will run casing to 1800 feet before cementing the casing. |
0862829240 | 2013-06-24 | Not Drilled | No Violations | I was onsite to check the status of the well pad completion. Nomac 72 will be coming to this location following the completion of the Putnam wells. Currently no conductor has been drilled for this well. This well is permitted as a stratograph well and it is likely that Chesapeake will not drill it. They will likely repermit the well for strictly a horizontal well. |
1355268910 | 2013-07-29 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was onsite to witness the drilling of the 10H and 12H conductors. Normally Express will drill the cellars and then drill the conductor and mouse holes. In an effort to save time they are going to drill the conductors and then dig our of the cellars. They expect to have the wells drilled today and cement the conductors the following day. |
1515851941 | 2013-07-29 | Administrative Inspection | No Violations | I was contacted by Chesapeake informing me that they are going to begin drilling the 10H and 12H conductors on this location. They stated that Express Energy is going to come in and drill both conductors to 120 feet and cement them the following day. |
1824566227 | 2015-10-23 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The well is open flow with a wellhead Christmas tree assembly. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly-marked well identification sign. The tank battery consisted of eight, 400 BBL production tanks and was diked. The tanks are located within a spray-lined and sealed secondary containment. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipators. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock are installed on top of the production tanks. Other production equipment on the well pad consisted of:

2009441864 | 2013-08-09 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was onsite to check the status of Nomac 72 drilling this well. Currently they have TD the well and in the middle of their cleanup cycle and plan on cementing the well production casing in about 24 hours. There are no violations at this time. |
