1049957665 | 2016-02-19 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I was on location for a status check. My inspection found the access road in good repair. Identification signs are posted at the access road entrance, well and storage tanks. The pad is fenced and all man doors were locked. The #6H is in production. The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. There is a steel dike around the storage tanks.
The equipment on the pad consists of the following: 6 Storage tanks 4 Sand separators 4 Gas processing units (GPU) 1 Vertical separator 1 Vapor recovery unit (VRU) 1 Heat treater 2 Thermal electric generator (TEG) 4 Production wells on the pad Site fenced and man doors locked |
1318650907 | 2017-07-12 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted a status check of this well. Identification signs were posted at the access road entrance, the well, and the storage tanks. The #6H well is in production and is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The production tanks are surrounded by a steel dike. The pad is surrounded by a fence and all man doors were locked.
The equipment on the pad consists of the following: 4 producing wells 1 Low pressure vertical separator 4 sand separators 4 gas processing units 1 vapor recovery unit 1 heat treater The lease road was stable and in good repair. No violations were noted at the time of inspection. |
1364228600 | 2013-03-25 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was on site to witness the cementing of the 20 conductor casing. My inspection revealed that Patterson Drilling Rig # 328 has drilled a 24 hole to a depth of 133 from the rig floor and ran 103 of 20 conductor casing. O-TEX cemented the casing with 200 sacks Class A 2% CaCl; 1/2 pound per sack cello-flake; and 0.4% C-41P. Cement had a density of 15.6 pounds per gallon, 1.18 cubic feet per sack, and used 5.2 gallons per sack mix water. O-TEX pumped 42.03 barrels of cement slurry and displaced the cement with 36.5 barrels of freshwater. There was good circulation throughout the job and approximately 12 barrels of cement was circulated to surface. They conducted the casing test at 1000 psi for 5 minutes with no loss in pressure; casing test approved. |
1447346201 | 2015-10-20 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The well is a plunger lift unit. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly-marked well identification sign. The tank battery consisted of six 400 BBL production tanks and was diked. The tanks are located within a spray-lined and sealed secondary containment. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipators. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock are installed on top of the production tanks. Other production equipment on the well pad consisted of:
