The company did construct a lease road and a pad with fence around the pad. The landowner is electing to keep the lease road and fenced in pad. A signed and initialed Landowner Waiver (Form 5) was received by the Uniontown Field Office of the Division of Oil & Gas and date stamped 09-28-2018. I checked with the Engineering Section of the Oil & Gas Division and the pad is listed as a Pre-Rule pad. The following restoration works is waived - The removal of the entire pad, fence around the pad and entire access road. The landowner waiver complies with 1509.072(B). |
