0741832522 2010-11-15 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Inspection revealed that Bowman Drilling is fishing for wireline lost down the hole by Superior Well Services. The logging tool got hung in the hole and then the drill string got hung in the hole while fishing for the logging tool. In an attempt to pull the wireline from the socket on top of the logging tool, the wireline broke at ground level so they lost over 5600 of wireline down hole.

2031617942 2015-12-29 Final Restoration No Violations I conducted a final inspection of this wellsite. When drilled, this location was logged as a lost hole. Upon review of the state database, the records show that during the hole logging process, tools were lost downhole and fishing was unsuccessful. The state database shows the well to have been plugged in 2011. During my inspection, I observed the site to be free of any production equipment, stable and vegetated. The lease access was restored and vegetated. Final restoration passed.
