0655581398 2017-07-19 Production Wells No Violations I followed up to the tank battery after my request to the operator on 06/28/2017. The old contaminated soil appeared to have been removed and the tank battery was lined with gravel. The dike has been repaired and was in good condition. A plug was installed on the discharge line. Some floating oil was present in puddles of standing water. I contact Kyle Fink of Enervest to come out again and check for leaks and repair. I met with the pumper on site. No leaks were found at the time, but the pumper informed me that the 50 bbl brine tank was not in use, so I requested that it be emptied and checked further for any leaks. I requested that any oil inside the tank battery be removed.
0705936280 2017-06-28 Production Wells No Violations The well is equipped with an electrically-driven pumpjack. The tank battery is shared with PN# 21810 and consists of four 210 bbl production tanks, one above ground 50 bbl brine tank two vertical separators, two drip bottles, one meter run, and one digital meter. Oil-stained soil mixed with absorbent peat was present throughout the tank battery . There were several areas of standing water, which I tested for chlorides using Low-Range QuanTab which concluded in a maximum reading of 133 ppm. The east-side of the dike was eroded with a v cut. A discharge line from the 210 production tanks did not contain a plug. I contacted Bob Whaley of Enervest to check for any leaks, remove contaminated soil, repair the dike, and install a plug.
