Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0623252341 2015-05-27 Production Wells No Violations I conducted a status check of this well. The well is equipped with an electrically-driven pumpjack. The production valves were partially opened. The well and pumpjack were surrounded by a wire fence. An Identification sign was clearly posted at the well. The lease road was in poor repair. The tank battery consisted of three, 210 barrel production tanks, a horizontal separator, a vertical separator, and a heater treater, and two drip bottles. A meter run was located across the lease road. This well shared a production tank with Petrox Gamber #4 and Gamber #7 wells PN# (543 and 550), and the tank battery shared production equipment with Enervest well PN# (4509, 1700, 550). Two production tanks were labelled as containing wells for PN# 530, and one sign was weathered and faded. There was fresh oil around the pick-up line to the production tank, but no leaks were detected at time of inspection. The tank battery is surrounded by a partial fence. A review of production records in the State Database shows the reported production for this well in 2014 was 85 bbls of oil and 211 mcf of gas in 2014. I contacted Petrox and was informed that the production tank on the south side of the tank battery is utilized as a brine tank. I also spoke to them about the fresh and weathered oil at the pick-up line, and they are to remove and dispose of the contaminated soil.
1507224499 2017-10-02 Production Wells No Violations The well is equipped with a pumping unit. The tank battery is surrounded by a dike and surrounded by a fence and consists of three 210 bbl production tanks, two labeled as belonging to Petrox PN(# 21700, 20543, & 20550), and one labelled as belonging to Enervest PN# 21715 , one horizontal separator and one meter run with a current chart labelled as belonging to Petrox, one vertical separator, and one heat treater. The load line to the tanks production valves were secured with plugs. The access road was drivable.
1771724324 2011-11-17 Production Wells No Violations Well is in production. No violations noted at this time. Records show that this is owned by Enervest and the production is being reported by Petrox. I contacted both companies and found that the well is owned by Petrox. Fran De Sanctis of Petrox is sending a request to Columbus for the correction.
